This product is particularly lean, scallops can be prepared trough different ways, but it is preferable to make sure that the choice of side dish does not alter their subtle and refined taste.
Ingredients for 1 person:
• 160 g of scallops
• 1 red pepper
• 1 teaspoon chopped basil
• 1 pinch of Chili Pepper
• Salt and pepper
• Cut the peppers into thin strips.
• Put scallops in a pan coating nonstick dry.
• Add pepper strips and cook for 5 minutes.
• Salt and pepper, spice and sprinkle with basil before serving.
