- 100 g beetroot.
- A few leaves of lettuce (corn salad, endive, escarole, batavia)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- Pepper, salt, ground cumin.
- Cut the beetroot into small cubes and place on salad leaves (to taste).
- Add the parsley, pepper, salt and cumin.
- Sprinkle with half boiled egg passed through the mill.
