- 3 figs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons cheese kind 0% fat
- 1 teaspoon of pine
- Preheat oven to 180 º C (gas mark 6).
- Wash and cut each fig into 4 without going through.
- Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, honey and pine nuts.
- Divide this mixture in center of each fig trench, and bake 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
